摘要 我国普通高中课程改革面临着一系列问题和挑战,离开了高中教育改革的前提性、根本性问题的求解,任何就事论事地探讨课程改革的设问和回答,都是无解的。我国普通高中教育发展正处于十字路口,高中教育是大众基础教育还是精英高中教育,是奠定每一个学生人格和学力发展的基础还是热衷发现和培养拔尖人才是不容回避的问题;高中课程建设的一系列基础研究已刻不容缓,特别是应更加关注对课程标准、学科建制、教师能量的研究;高中课程改革问题的研究应与教师教育问题的研究捆绑在一起,展开持之以恒的系统研究,而儿童学研究、教师学研究、教材学研究是教师教育的生命线。 The high school curriculum reform in China are facing with a series of problems and challenges. If deviating to solve the premise and fundamental problems of the high school curriculum reform, any rhetorical question and answer discussing curriculum reform case by case all have no solution. The development of high school education in China is at a crossroads. High school education is public basic education or elite high school education ; is the foundation laying every student' s personality and scholastic development or keen on discovering and developing top - notch talent. These are the unavoidable problems. A series of basic research on high school curriculum construction has been urgent, particularly needing to focus on the research on curriculum standard, subject construction and teacher energy. The study of problems of the high school curriculum reform should bundle to- gether with teacher education problems and go through persistent system research, while Children study, Teachers study and Teaching materials study are the lifeline of teacher education.
