摘要
农村学前教育管理实践模式是有效落实管理体制、推动学前教育普及面拓展与质量提升的关键。当前我国农村学前教育管理实践模式可分为"中心园辐射村园"与"幼小一体化"两种主要形态;本文在对两种实践模式具体分析的基础上,梳理了管理模式的基本结构,并就其各自的优势与局限进行了分析比较,为进一步推进农村学前教育管理体制与模式改革提供启示与借鉴。
The practical Management Model is the critical factor of promoting the universalization and the quality of rural preschool education. At present there are mainly two respresentitve management models which can be indentified as "town central kindergarden covering village kindergardens" model, and "the intergration of preschool and primary school management". Based on the description of local practical patterns, the essey further summarizes the structure of each management model, and makes the comparison of their own advantages and disadvantages, in order to provide successful experiences for the reform and develop- ment of rural preschool education universalization.
