The mixed methods research is a kind of research that the researchers mix or combine quantitative and qualitative research technique, approaches, concepts or language into a single study. It comes into being a ＂war paradigm＂ between quantitative and qualitative research paradigm. It provides the methodology guidance for library science study and scientific design ideas and research strategy for empirical research.
