Thoughts on Library Harmonious Management Based on Stakeholder Perspective

以利益相关理论为基础,从图书馆利益相关者视角提出图书馆和谐管理的关键是协调和平衡各利益相关者的利益。立足图书馆,综合考虑图书馆需求、图书馆实力和图书馆利益相关者三个方面因素,构建了分层动态的图书馆和谐管理模型,并提出实现图书馆和谐管理的利益相关者利益协调与平衡的四种机制。

Based on the stakeholder theory and from the perspective of library stakeholders, the paper proposes that the key for the harmonious management of library is to coordinate and balance the interests of all aspects. Taking a comprehensive consideration of the needs, the strength, and the stakeholders of library, the authors build a hierarchical dynamic model for harmonious management of library, and put forward four mechanisms for realizing the coordination and blalnce of the stakeholders.
