Afger analyzing the importance of trust in library information service union, the author takes ideas of the rational exchange and social cognition from the perspective of the game, discusses the trust mechanism of the union, and believes that trust is not only a commodity, but also a regenerative and moral resource, whose regeneration depends on using and disusing theory. And form the cultural dimension of capability, intention and fairness, the author discusses on how the trust in the union is generated, and finds the solution to cultivate the trust relationship.
