摘要
通过文献调研和网络调研,选取国内外6所图书馆的MyLibrary作为调研对象,从信息收集、信息发现、知识揭示、知识传递、信息反馈等5个用户获取服务的阶段总结个性化服务的主要服务形态,在分析个性化用户个性化需求基础上,评价服务效果。结果显示,大多数图书馆的MyLibrary服务并不能满足用户的需求,在功能实现上也存在诸多问题,MyLibrary还需要在切合用户需求的基础上不断完善。
This study aims to summarize MyLibrary service forms from the five stages of user accessing to service, for example, information collection, information found, knowledge revealing and so on. Through analyzing the requirement of researchers to personalized service, the paper evaluates MyLibrary^s service effect. Six libraries' MyLibrary at home and abroad are selected as the research object through literature investigation and online research. The results show that most of the MyLibrary services cannot meet the needs of users, yet many problems exist in mprovement on the basis of meeting users' function implementation. MyLibrary service needs continuous need.
