摘要
图书馆咨询团队知识转移中隐藏着许多不确定的影响因素,控制方式与控制管理在很大程度上能够提升咨询团队知识转移绩效的效果。为此,文章通过将控制划分为行为和产出控制两种方式,以显性知识和隐性知识转移作为自变量,革新传统的控制思路,从咨询团队间控制、咨询团队成员间控制以及服务质量控制建立以行为控制为主,兼顾以适度产出控制的合理控制结构,达到咨询团队中知识的有效溢出。
In the process of the library consulting team's knowledge transfer, there exist many uncertain factors, and the control methods and control management can increase the effect of their performance to a large extent. Thus, by dividing the control into behavior and output control, taking explicit and tacit knowledge transfer as an independent variable, the author innovates the ideas of traditional control, transfers the control from the consulting team control, control among team members, and service quality control to the behavior control, and establishes a reasonable control structure which is not only based on behaviou control but also takes a moderate output control into consideration to achieve the effective overflow of the knowledge in the consulting team.
