摘要
电网规划是电网优化设计、运行、调度的先决条件,提出一种改进的遗传算法用于电网规划。在遗传算法父代群体中的精英个体进行选择过程中,运用模拟退火算法进行精英个体的选择,使选择的精英个体数量和参与变异的个体数量之间的比例为最优;在遗传算法寻找全局最优点过程中,运用禁忌搜索算法参与寻优过程,改善了遗传算法容易陷入局部最优解的缺点。把改进的遗传算法运用于18节点系统中,运算结果为最优解,寻优过程优于传统遗传算法。
Power network planning is the precondition of power optimization, operation, and power dispatching. This paper gives an improved genetic algorithm for power network planning, in the process of selecting elite individuals in genetic algorithm paternal generation, simulated annealing algorithm is used to select elite individuals, making sure that the proportion of elite individuals to variation individuals is optimum; in the process of selecting genetic algorithm global optimization point, Tabu search is adopted, which overcomes the flaw of some traditional optimization methods that can be easily caught in the local optimization. Using the improved genetic algorithm in 18-node system, operation result is optimum, and the searching process is better than that of the traditional genetic algorithm.
