对农村幼儿园转岗教师实施培训的思考与建议——以四川幼专参与国培计划为例

国培计划是我国为落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》而实施的重大项目。它为实现教育公平和教育的均衡发展提供了一个有效的解决办法。四川幼专在参与2011年国培计划的子项目——农村幼儿园转岗教师培训中积累了一定的经验：制订培训方案前需要进行充分调研；制订培训方案时要科学确定培训目标，合理设置培训课程。灵活选取培训方式；实施培训方案时要注意打造专家团队，进行有效管理；对培训成效的评估要注意方式的多样化。

National training plan, a significant project to implement the State Medium and Long Term Program on Education Reform and Development （2010-2020）, helps to realize the educational equality and balanced development. By participating this program, Sichuan Higher Preschool Educators College has gained valuable experience： investigation needs to be done before the training program; training goal must be made clear and scientific; training courses should be reasonable; methods for training should be flexible. Attention should also be put on the development of the training team and different types of evaluation should be adopted.
