浙江南部西部边境方言全浊声母的清化现象

On the Devoicing of the MC Voiced Initials in the Dialects on the Southern and Western Borders of Zhejiang Province

江浙吴语以古全浊字读浊为重要特征,但浙南浙西边境方言有全浊字清化和全清字读浊现象,还有全浊读浊而不属吴语的例外情况。

That the initials of MC voiced initials are pronounced as voiced is an important feature of Wu group in Zhejiang province. This paper shows evidences that on the southern and western borders of Zhejiang province some Wu dialects have devoicing of the MC voiced initials and voicing of the MC voiceless initials whereas some non-Wu dialects have voiced pronunciation of the MC voiced initials.
