分析环境影响评价和环境管理体系之间的差异性及内在相关性特征 ,提出在保护环境工作中将两者有机结合的重要意义 。
It which analyzed the difference and the resemblance between Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environment Management System (EMS),stated the significance of combining EIA and EMS in our environment protection mission.And it also pointed out a new sustainable way of environment protection.
