Practice and Exploration of"Combining Operation Management with Project Construction"and"Seamless Transfer"in the Construction of Ahai Hydropower Station Project

阿海水电站在筹建之初,提出"建管结合、无缝交接"的管理思路。在工程设计、招标与合同执行、设备监造与验收、安装监理和调试等方面,生产人员全面参与工程建设,做到电厂生产准备与工程建设紧密结合,提高生产管理能力,提高设备的运行可靠性,实现工程项目的 "无缝交接"。

The ideas of＂Combining operation management with project construction＂and＂Seamless transfer＂ are put forward from the preparation of Ahai Hydropower Station Project. The operation staffs of Ahai Hydropower Plant fully participate in the engineering design, tender and contract enforcement, equipment inspection and acceptance, installation supervision and commissioning. This practice not only guarantees the close combination of operation preparation with the project construction, but also improves the management capacity of operation and the reliability of equipments, and achieves the seamless transfer of project.
