摘要
长江勘测规划设计研究有限责任公司阿海水电站工程建设监理部承担阿海水电站主体工程施工监理。监理部采用矩阵组织结构模式,在合同目标控制中,实行纵向控制、横向展开的运作格局。对监理部的组织与人员管理、监理工作程序与方法进行了全面论述。通过建立一套比较完整的工程监理管理和质量控制体系,监理职责得以全面履行。
The supervision of main hydraulic structure construction of Ahai Hydropower Station is undertaken by the Ahai Hydropower Station Project Supervision Department of Changjiang Institute of Survey, Planning, Design and Research. The Department adopts a matrix organizational structure model, and the operation pattern of longitudinal control and lateral expand is implemented in supervision to meet the control targets of contract. The organizational structure of Department, the management of staffs and the operation procedure and methods of supervision are comprehensively discussed herein. The supervision on the construction of Ahai Hydropower Station is successfully carried out by establishing a set of engineering supervision management and quality control systems.
