摘要
阿海水电站采用有盖重基础固结灌浆施工,灌浆孔全坝基布设,与混凝土浇筑施工的工期相互影响较大。介绍了阿海水电站基础固结灌浆的施工组织及质量控制工作,综合分析坝基固结灌浆施工特性及难点。通过加强灌浆过程控制,工程质量和进度得以有效保证。
The dam foundation consolidation grouting in Ahai Hydropower Station is conducted with cover-weight, and the grouting holes are arranged in full foundation. The consolidation grouting is interfered with the pouring of dam concrete. The construction organization and quality control of consolidation grouting in Ahai Hydropower Station are introduced herein and the characteristics and difficulties of consolidation grouting are comprehensively analyzed. The quality and progress of consolidation grouting are effectively guaranteed by strengthening grouting process control.
