详细介绍了阿海水电站1号水轮机组基础环/座环现场组焊后加工的内容、要求、流程及安装步骤。针对大尺寸、大质量水轮机分瓣基础环/座环在现场加工及安装过程中易出现的问题进行了总结并提出了应对措施建议。通过确保加工设备的稳定性、选择合适的加工参数和方法、采用正确的测量方法和仪器,保证了1号机基础环/座环现场加工精度符合设计要求。
The discharge ring/stay ring of No. 1 turbine in Ahai Hydropower Station is welded and machined in site. The contents, requirements and processes of machining are introduced herein. The issues emerging in on-site machining of huge and massive discharge ring/stay ring are summarized and corresponding measures are proposed. By ensuring the stability of machining equipment, selecting appropriate machining parameters and methods and adopting correct measurement method and instrumentation, the machining accuracy of discharge ring/stay ring of No. 1 turbine is guaranteed to meet the requirements of design.
