摘要
目的:观察迈之灵片在ECTCI术的围手术期的临床应用疗效。方法:将行ECTCI术的痔患者318例,随机分为两组,其中治疗组159例,对照组159例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,术后当日开始口服迈之灵300mg,2次/天,直至术后10天;对照组给予常规治疗。结果:在疼痛、坠胀感症状积分治疗组优于对照组(p<0.05),肛门水肿症状积分治疗组明显优于对照组(p<0.01),但两组在出血症状积分上无明显差异(p>0.05),两组患者未见明显不良反应。结论:迈之灵片具有良好的改善微循环,提高静脉张力,减轻静脉瘀血,减轻炎症反应,防止水肿,有效减轻疼痛。
Objective： Observe the clinical efficacy of Maizhiling in the Perioperative ECTCI. Methods： 318 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, 159 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Maizhiling, 300mg will be given for twice per day until 10 days after surgery.The other treatment were same to the control group.And the control group not use Maizhiling. Results： In pain, heavy feeling in the symptom score of the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05）,anal edema symptom score of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈0.01）, but no significant difference between the two groups in the bleeding symptom score （P〉0.05）, two groups of patients with no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： It can improve microcirculation, improve venous tone, reduce venous stasis, reduce inflammation, prevent edema, reduce pain effectively.
