摘要
介绍了所研发的一台放大纳秒激光脉冲的高光束质量钕玻璃激光放大器。该放大器采用了多级LD泵浦与液晶空间光调制器进行整形相结合的技术,光束传输遵循抑制衍射、主动控制与补偿及空间滤波的原则。在重频为1 Hz时,将注入的3 ns、1 nJ的方形激光脉冲能量放大到115.3 mJ,能量净增益109倍,输出激光的能量分散度小于2%,光束的近场调制度小于1.23:1,远场光斑的角漂移小于9.8μrad,远场光斑的衍射限小于2DL。
A laser amplifier of LD pumping Nd:glass with a high beam quality and stability which amplified nanosecond laser pulse was developed. The device adopts the major technology of "LD pumping multi pass amplification together with the liquid crystal control near-field". Beam transmission was designed with the technology of "inhibition of diffraction effect, active control and compensation as well as spatial filtering". Under 1 Hz repetition frequency, when the flat top pulse of 3 ns width and 1 nJ energy was injected as the seed pulse, the average output energy of the laser amplifier is 115.3 mJ with a net gain of 109, the energy dispersion degree of the output laser was no more than 2%; the modulation degree near field was less than 1.23:1; the beam angle drifting of the far-field laser is less than 9.8 Ixrad; and the diffraction limit multiple of the far-field beam spot was less than 2DL.
