摘要 基于一个传统五片式Erfle透镜头盔显示光学系统,通过引入一个衍射光学面,设计了一款改进型的三片式头盔显示光学系统。与传统系统相比,改进系统总长缩短了28.6%,总质量减轻了36.1%,实现了整机系统的小型化和轻量化。改进系统出瞳距离为20 mm,出瞳直径为12 mm,轴向球差小于0.06 mm,场曲小于0.5 mm,畸变小于2%,MTF在30 lp/mm处基本都大于0.4,满足头盔显示光学系统的要求,为头盔显示光学系统的轻小型设计提供了一种新途径。 A novel three-element lens HMD optical system which had a diffractive optics surface was designed based on a traditional five-element lenses Erfle HMD system. Compared with traditional system, total length of the novel system had shorten 28.6%, total weight had lighten 36.1%. The result by ZEMAX software shows that exit pupil distance is 20 mm, exit pupil diameter is 12 ram, axial spherical aberration less than 0.06 mm, field curve less than 0.5 mm, distortion is less than 2% and the MTF at 30 lp/mm is basically more than 0.4. The image quality of the optical system is good. Those performances can satisfy the requirement of HMD optical system. It can also provide a new approach for lightweight and compact HMD optical system design.
