一种沙雷氏菌属菌对细粒赤铁矿的浮选作用 被引量:3

摘要 从河北省滦县司家营铁矿土壤中筛选得到了一种沙雷氏菌属菌USTB-1,并通过显微镜观察、红外光谱分析、Zeta电位测定等手段及单矿物浮选试验,研究了这种微生物作为赤铁矿捕收剂的可能性及其对细粒赤铁矿的浮选效果。结果表明:USTB-1呈近球形短杆状,表面既含有非极性基团,又含有极性基团,且带负电,具备作为赤铁矿捕收剂的条件。在pH=6的矿浆中使用60 mg/L USTB-1,可使-30μm赤铁矿形成较大的疏水絮团,从而获得80.48%的浮选回收率。 The Serratia spp strain USTB-1 is obtained from the soil of Sijiaying Iron Mine in Luanxian, Hebei Province. Possibility and effect of the strain as flotation collector for hematite was investigated in the flotation tests on pure hematite by means of microscopy observation and the infrared spectroscopy analysis, and Zeta potential analyzer. The results showed that the bacterium was nearly spherical brevibacterinm. Both non-polar and polar groups were detected on the cell surface, showing as negative charge, so it can be acted as collector for hematite. Under the conditions of solution pH 6 and cell concentration of 60 mg/L USTB-1, -30μm hematite forms as large hydrophobic flocculation group so that the recovery of 80.48% for pure hematite was obtained.
