摘要
分析了云锡老厂矿分公司的通风特点和存在的问题,结合矿井通风理论知识,通过绘制网络图和进行风网解算,采用多风机多级机站的通风方式,对各级机站的工况点进行分析比较,按照安全稳定性、技术可行性和经济合理性的原则,提出了该矿山新三大采区通风系统的2种构造方案。通过分析比较2种方案的通风线路、风机选型、装机位置、进出风口和采区的风量、通风费用等相关参数,确定了符合该矿山实际生产的最优方案为方案二。
The study analyzed the ventilation characteristics and problems of the Old Plant Branch of Yunnan Tin Group. Combining with the mine ventilation theory, by drawing the network diagram and the calculation of ventilation network, the multi-fan multi-station ventilation way is adopted. And the operating situation of all levels of station are compared and analyzed. Then, the paper put forward a ventilation system constructing scheme for the three new mining areas according to the principles of security, stability, technical feasibility and economical rationality. Through the analysis and comparison of the related parameters, such as ventilation lines, fan selection, installation position, quantity of air in-outlet and mining area, and the ventilation cost, the optimal scheme which was in line with the practical production was determined.
