摘要
通过X射线照射体外培养仔猪睾丸间质细胞(Leydig Cells,LC),检测睾酮分泌及LC增殖情况,了解X射线对雄性睾酮分泌的影响。以3周龄仔猪为研究对象,采用体外培养体系,在hCG诱导下,X射线辐射,测定24h后LC睾酮分泌量及LC增殖的影响。结果显示,试验常用X射线曝光剂量(43.12~84.86μGy)曝光一次以及在63.16μGy剂量下照射5min、15min、30min对体外培养仔猪睾丸间质增殖有抑制作用,但在曝光剂量43.12~84.86μGy下LC睾酮分泌量与对照组相比差异不显著,在63.16μGy剂量下照射15min、30min睾酮分泌量与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。表明常用X射线剂量曝光一次对睾丸间质细胞增殖有抑制作用,但睾酮分泌量影响不大,但随着照射时间的延长,间质细胞增殖和睾酮分泌显著下降,故在临床使用X射线时应该缩短照射时间,并做好防护。
Objective. To irradiate the porcine Leydig Cells in vitro by X-ray and test the state of tes- tosterone secretion and proliferation of Leydig Cells so as to find out the effect on testosterone secretion by X-ray. Methods. 3-week-age Landrace piglets were the object of study. Leydig cells were cultured in vitro system and the effect on testosterone secretion and proliferation of Leydig Cells after 24 hours by the ways of hCG inducement and X-ray were weremeasured . Results. There was little difference(P^0.05)about the testosterone secretion of the porcine Leydig Cells in vitro after the common X-ray dose(43.12~84.86 ,~Gy)exposing once and There was difference(P^0.05) exposing 15,30 min under 63.16 μGy X-ray dose, but it could restraint the proliferation of Leydig Cells. Conclusion; The common X-ray dose exposing one time restraints the proliferation of Leydig Cells, but it had little effect on testosterone secretion. With the belong of irradiating time, it had effect on testosterone secretion , so X-ray on clinical use should shorten irradiating time and take good protection.
