河南省猪链球菌的分离鉴定及血清型分布情况 被引量:1

摘要 猪链球菌是一种重要的人兽共患病病原,可引起猪的脑膜炎、关节炎、败血症、心内膜炎、脑炎、流产、多发性浆膜炎和支气管肺炎,发病猪群死亡率可达80%。该菌分为35个血清型,其中血清1(14)、2(1/2)、7、9型是病猪中经常流行的血清型,与动物致病性有很大关系,其中,以2型危害巨大,人可以感染发病而导致败血症、脑膜炎、心内膜炎和永久性耳聋等,甚至引起死亡,引起极大的公共卫生关注。
