中药宫康治疗母猪子宫炎效果观察

为了研究中药在治疗母猪子宫炎方面的效果,我们选用当归、川芎、益母草等中药,将其各自粉碎,按一定比例称取,混合均匀组成复方制剂"宫康",在孟津县、偃师市猪场患有子宫炎的母猪群中抽出100头,将其随机分成高剂量组(A组):每头每次用80g;中剂量组(B组):每头每次用60g;低剂量组(C组):每头每次用40g,拌料投服,每日两次,连用3d;对照组(D组):不用药。详细记录母猪的有效数、无效数及治愈数,计算出有效率和治愈率。结果显示,A组有效率为93.33%,治愈率为83.33%;B组有效率高达90%,治愈率也达到了80%。通过方差分析试验结果得出,在有效率和治愈率上A组和B组均无显著性差异,说明适量的中药宫康对母猪子宫炎的治疗效果良好。

In order to study the effect of Chinese medicine in the aspects of treating sow metritis, we choose Chinese medicine Angelica, Chuanxiong, Motherwort and so on, make them crush respectively, ac- cording to a certain the proportion weighing and mix unioformly to compose the compound preparation ＂Culture Palace＂. We selected 100 sows from groups of sow with metritis in the pig farm of Mengjin Coun- ty and Yanshi City, and divided randomly them into high-dose group （A group） ： Each sow was fed with 80g each time; middle dose group （B group）： Each sow was fed with 60g each time; low-dose group （C group） ：Each sow was fed with 40g each time, mixing with feed , twice daily, once a three days;control group（D group） ： not need to add the medicine. Following that, we recorded detailing the effective num- bers, the invalid numbers and the cured numbers of sows, then calculated out efficiency and the rate of cu- ring. Results showed that, efficiency of A group was 93.33%, the rate of curing was 83.33% ; efficiency B group reached as much as 90%, the rate of curing also the experimental results, we knew that the A group and B fieiency and the rate of curing, illustrating the good effect of treatment sow metritis. reached 80 %.
