摘要 采用真空辅助成型工艺制备纤维增强复合材料。分别以装甲钢、纤维增强复合材料作为轻型反应装甲的面、背板,考察轻型反应装甲对破甲弹的防护性能。结果表明,在考察范围内,复合材料组成的轻型反应装甲的防护性能较好,其中碳纤维增强复合材料的防护系数可达到23.9,并可消除传统反应装甲的二次毁伤效应。 The fiber reinforced composite was prepared by vacuum aided resin transfer molding ( VARTM ) process. The light explosive reactive armor ( ERA ), which the facial and the back boards were made from armor steel and fiber reinforced composite, was researched and the ballistic resistance to the high explosive anti tank ( HEAT ) was studied. The results showed that in the context of the study, the ballistic performance of the light ERA which was prepared by the composites was optimal, the carbon fiber reinforced composite had high ballistic resistance, Compared to steel, the protection factor could reach to 23.9, and could eliminate the second killing effection to the armor completely.
