摘要
采用注塑过程数值模拟手段,结合Taguchi实验设计方法,对小模数齿轮的精密成型工艺进行模拟实验。通过对实验数据进行信噪比和方差分析,研究了模具温度、保压压力和保压时间及其三者的交互作用对小模数齿轮体积收缩性能的影响。结果表明,影响小模数齿轮体积收缩性能的因素从大到小的顺序为:模具温度、保压压力和模具温度与保压时间的交互作用。
According to numerical simulation about inject forming process and Taguchi experimental method, precision molding process simulation experiment of fine-pitch gear was performed. Through the analysis of S/N ratio and ANOVA methods, the effect of mold surface temperature, packing pressure, and packing time as well as the interaction of the three parameters on the volumetric shrinkage were investigated. The results showed that the process parameters of effecting on volumetric shrinkage in descending order were : mold surface tempera^re, packing pressure and the interaction between mold surface temperature and packing time.
