摘要 采用刚果红法和注塑动态试验研究复配Ca/Zn稳定剂对丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯-苯乙烯塑料(ACS)热稳定性能的影响,并与进口热稳定剂进行对比研究。结果表明,环氧大豆油、季戊四醇酯与Ca/Zn稳定剂复配具有良好的协同作用,能有效抑制"锌烧"现象;水滑石的热稳定效果优良,但添加过量会导致ACS热老化后色泽恶化。Ca/Zn稳定剂经复配可较好解决高温剪切导致的ACS降解。 The effects of Ca / Zn stabilizers on thermal stability of aerylonitrile-chlorinated polyethylene-styrene ( ACS ) resin were investigated by Congo Red method and dynamic injection, and a comparative study with imported Ca / Zn stabilizers was conducted also. The results showed that Ca / Zn stabilizers exhibited better thermal stability as well as effective control of "zinc burning" phenomenon when combined with epoxidized soybean oil and pentaerythritol ester. Further, layered double hydroxide ( LDH ) possessed desirable thermal stability, but excessive dosage of LDH could cause deterioration in the control of chromatic aberration under heat aging. Ca/Zn stabilizers could remarkably restrain the thermal degradation of ACS induced by high temperature shearing process.
