利用铜矿尾砂等工业废料研制琉璃瓦 被引量:1

摘要 以铜矿尾砂为主要原料,辅以红泥、絮凝污泥,在1160℃-1175℃煅烧形成结构致密琉璃瓦。XRD分析结果表明试样的主晶相有石英、钙长石、莫来石等。扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明琉璃瓦坯体颗粒之间排列比较紧密,颗粒之间有少量的气泡,釉面平整光滑,釉和坯的中间层较为紧密。试样的吸水率、抗弯强度、热稳定性能和抗冻性等指标均能达到JC709-1998《烧结瓦》标准要求。这不仅消耗了铜矿尾砂等工业废料,缓解其对环境的污染,又降低了琉璃瓦生产成本,变废为宝。 The main raw material of porcelain body was copper mine tailings, and selected the red mud, flocculation sludge as auxiliary material, then fired temperatures is from 1150- 1175℃ . XRD analysis of samples showed that the main phase of the specimens is quartz, anorthite, mullite etc. SEM analysis of samples illustrated that glazed tile porcelain body were more closely, a small amount of bubbles existed inter- particle, the appearance of glaze was smooth, the medi-layer of glaze and porcelain body was close.The water absorption test samples, flexural strength, thermal stability and frost resistance were up to the performance standards of the current industry standards JC709-1998 "sintering watt". It consumed the copper mine tailings and other industrial waste material, and remissioned the environment pollution, reduced the production cost of glazed tiles.
