碳纤维板的铰式锚张拉工艺研究及工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 预应力碳纤维板加固技术是一项非常有前景的加固技术,也是目前国内外加固技术的热点。该文分析总结国内外对此热点的研究成果,指出该技术仍然存在两个难题:其一是碳纤维板的夹持和锚固问题,其二是张拉工艺的实用性。波形齿夹具锚(以下简称波形锚)的发明解决了碳纤维板的夹持和锚固的问题,但如何张拉预应力碳纤维板使其强度得到充分发挥是急需解决的问题,基于"铰式锚"的碳纤维板预应力张拉工艺,能较好地解决碳纤维板偏心受拉问题。对比试验研究表明:铰式锚可以通过自身的"铰转动和滑动"自动调整由于初始安装误差造成的偏心受拉,使碳纤维板始终处于较均匀的受力状态,确保其强度得到较高的发挥。通过对该工艺的不断改进,能够实现在不中断交通条件下对桥梁进行快速加固。
