调整水电厂自动发电控制运行中振动区处理策略 被引量:16

摘要 针对水电厂在调节过程中穿越振动区问题,为减少穿越振动区次数,首先运用区间数理论分析了水电厂全厂可调区域及联合振动区与机组可运行区域之间关系,定义了可调区域的模式,研究了水电厂全厂可调区域数量,并给出了总有功目标值的可行性判据。然后在分析水电机组振动区穿越判据的基础上,给出了以可调区域表述的水电厂振动区穿越判据,研究了可行目标值的最少穿越次数问题,并提出了穿越模式的快速决策方法与几类目标出力值分配策略。最后,基于多个水电机组联合运行有利于减少穿越振动区次数的分析结论,提出了利用虚拟调整电厂的概念,在调度主站层面的建模方法与处理振动区的策略。实际应用与算例表明,所提振动区处理策略可有效减少调整水电厂的振动区穿越次数。 Hydropower plants may pass through the vibration zones while regulating the frequency or power flow of tieline.To reduce the number of times through the vibration zone,the relationship between the adjustable zones and the joint vibration zones of hydropower plant and the operating zones of its units is firstly analyzed using interval numbers theory.Subsequently,the pattern of adjustable zones is defined and the number of adjustable zones of hydropower plant is researched.And the feasibility criterion of the total target value is also given.Then,based on the hydropower generating unit vibration zone crossing criterion,the hydropower plant vibration zone crossing criterion expressed by adjustable zone is given,minimum crossing number problem of feasible target value is researched,and crossing pattern rapid decision-making methods and several target value allocation strategies is proposed.Finally,based on the conclusion of joint operation of several hydropower units helps to reduce the number of times through the vibration zones,modeling method and vibration zone treatment strategy is put forward in the dispatching main station using the virtual power plant concept.Practical application and case studies show that the proposed vibration zone treatment strategy can be effective in reducing the number of times through the vibration zones of regulating hydropower plants.
