摘要 为分析风力发电机出力间歇性、随机性对电网的影响,引入随机响应面法建立了一种电力系统静态电压稳定性概率评估模型,并将该概率模型引入到多目标无功优化问题的求解中。随机响应面法能够将输入风机有功出力的概率参数与响应负荷裕度之间的关系以多项式形式进行表达,仅需少量仿真便可估计出响应的统计信息。风电场接入IEEE14节点标准测试系统的算例结果表明,上述概率模型具有较高的效率和精度,提高了无功优化方案对于风速的适应性,更加全面地考虑风机随机出力对电网运行造成的影响。 To analyze the influences of intermittence and randomness of wind driven generators on power grid,the stochastic response surface method(SRSM) was led in to build a probability assessment model for static state voltage stability of power grid,and the built model was led into the solution of multi-objective reactive power optimization.The SRSM can express the relation between the probability parameters of active power output of wind driven generators and the load margin of the response in polynomial form,and the statistical information of the response could be assessed by faster simulation process.Simulation results of IEEE 14-bus system connected with wind farm showed that higher efficiency and accuracy could be achieved by the proposed probability model, thus the adaptability of reactive power optimization scheme to wind speed was improved,and the influences of stochastic power output of wind driven generators on power grid operation could be overall considered to find out more reasonable reactive power scheduling scheme.
