我国蹦床运动可持续发展研究

Study on Sustainable Development of Trampoline in China

根据可持续发展理论,将我国蹦床运动可持续发展分为5个系统,分别是生存系统、动力支持系统、环境支持系统、社会支持系统以及智力支持系统。结果显示,蹦床的可持续发展必须考虑项目特征,同时不能脱离现有体制。我国蹦床可持续发展的目标是使蹦床作为"奥运争光计划"中的一员,使高水平的训练与竞赛有着资金与人力的保证;我国蹦床可持续发展是特殊形式的可持续发展,项目特征决定了蹦床不应走大规模发展之路。国家队优异成绩的创造者,其来源地非常集中,说明将充沛的财力支持集中到有限的教练员、运动员之上便足已保证"奥运争光计划"的完成。应适度控制蹦床规模,培育蹦床人才后备基地;完善教练员培训制度,深化教练员培训工作;科学训练,提高蹦床运动训练效率;加强蹦床科研辅助力度;大力培育蹦床市场,扩大蹦床知名度。

Based on theory of sustainable development, the China trampoline sustainable develop- ment can be divided into five systems, namely, living systems, power support systems, environ- mental support systems, social support systems and intelligence support systems. The results showed that trampolines for sustainable development must take into account the project charac- teristics, and cannot be separated from the system of whole nation system. The goal of our trampoline sustainable development is to make the trampoline as the member of Olympic Glory Program, and get the manpower and funds guarantee in high level training and competition. Our trampoline sustainable development is a special form of sustainable development,the pro- ject characteristic determines the trampoline should not walk the road of large-scale develop- ment. The creators of the national team honors, the source is very concentrated, the ＂Olympic Glory Plan＂ and financial support to focus limited to coaches, athletes above will be sufficient to ensure completion of the plan. Countermeasures are as follows., control the trampoline scale appropriately, cultivate the reserve base of the trampoline talent~ perfect training system, and deepen the training of coaches ; scientific training to improve the trampoline sports training effi- ciency; strengthen the trampoline research support~ great efforts to cultivate the trampoline market, to expand the trampoline visibility.
