The actualities of preventing pollution due to vessels of Heilongjiang Province are objectively analyzed and the main questions existing in the work at present are pointed out.The detailed improvements and the preventable countermeasures are proposed,according to characteristic and economy conditions of the water area of Heilongjiang Province.
