摘要
本文对采用电化学方法去除SO2 /NOx 废气这一新的研究方法进行了综述。在用酞花青钴 (CoPc)修饰的碳气体扩散电极上 ,SO2 在空气中的体积百分数在 2 0 %以下时可以完全被氧化为硫酸 ,以连二硫酸盐 (S2 O2 - 4 )作还原剂 ,Fe2 + -EDTA作络合剂时 ,NO可以 90 %以上的程度还原为NH+ 4 与NH2 (SO3H)等低价含氮化合物 ,产物中未见N2 、N2 O与NO2 等气体 ,氧化产物SO2 - 3(或HSO- 3)在Pb阴极上还原再生为S2 O2 - 4 。用Ce4+ 作氧化剂可将SO2 /NOx氧化为相应的酸 ,还原产物Ce3+ 经电解氧化后循环使用。
The novel study method used to remove SO 2/NO x waste gases on the basis of electrochemistry has been reviewed in this paper. When mixed with air containing up to 20% by volume SO 2, SO 2 can be 100% oxidized into sulfate acid on carbon gas diffusion electrode modified with cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc). NO waste gas is, to the extent of 90%, reduced to NH + 4 and NH 2(SO 3H), instead of N 2,N 2O et al., using dithionite (S 2O 2- 4) as the redox mediator and Fe 2+ -EDTA as the complexing agent. Oxidation product SO 2- 3 or HSO - 3 can be electrochemically reduced into S 2O 2- 4 on Pb cathode. SO 2/NO x can also be oxidized into corresponding acids by Ce 4+ , and after the reduction product Ce 3+ of Ce 4+ is oxidized on a anode, it is sent to the chemical reactor for cycle operation.
