摘要
以空白生料为基准,分别掺入0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的Pb试剂,分别在1 250、1 300、1 350、1 400和1 450℃烧成熟料,并利用化学分析、XRD、SEM和SEM+EDS等方法对熟料进行检测分析。结果表明,在相同Pb掺量(分别为0.5%、1.0%和2.0%)下,随煅烧温度在1 250~1 450℃的逐渐升高,烧成效果逐渐变好。较低掺量时,Pb可促使液相提前出现,增加液相量,降低液相粘度,对生料易烧性有一定程度的改善作用;掺量过高(达到2.0%时),对熟料易烧性不利。Pb易富集固溶于A矿中。
Blank raw materials were mixed with 0.5%,1.0%,2.0% of Pb respectively and sintered at 1 250,1 300,1 350,1 400 and 1 450℃ to make clinkers.The clinkers were detected and analyzed with chemical analysis,XRD,SEM and SEM+EDS methods.The results showed that,in the same Pb volume ratio(respectively 0.5%,1.0%,2.0%),with the calcinating temperature increasing from 1 250℃ to 1 450℃,the sintering effect becomes better.At low dosages,Pb can promote the formation of liquid phase,increase the amount of liquid phase,reduce the liquid viscosity,and improve the burnability of raw material.However,if volume ratio is too high(2%),burnability is decreased.Pb tends to enrich and solved in alite.
