摘要
分析了知识型员工的特征,确定了评价知识型员工忠诚度的指标体系.并应用属性识别模型来评价知识型员工忠诚度的等级.在确定二级评价指标的属性权重时,采用熵值法这一客观性方法来确定.通过实例,将这种方法应用于具体的评价,为评价知识型员工忠诚度提供了一种量化处理的方法.
The character of intellective employee was introduced~ and the index system was designed. The model of attribute recognition theory was used in appraising its loyalty^s grade about intellective employee. And an objective method to determine attribute weights about the second index was given through applying entropy's method. The application of this model was studied through an example. The quantitative analysis method was given to evaluate the intellective employee's loyalty.
