摘要
利用专利计量方法分析了高速铁道车辆系统减振控制技术在华专利申请产出现状,主要涉及到该技术领域专利活动的时间特征、研发主体特征、技术主题特征与有效专利特征的分析,并对重点的车辆转向架技术相关专利进行了功效/矩阵分析;分析中同时将该技术领域的专利活动特征数据与同期、同行业平均数据加以对比。基于分析结果,为国内研发主体今后的研发活动提出建议,包括提高专利质量、扩展技术创新突破点、发挥产学研联盟作用以及注重知识产权的国际保护等。
The paper analzes the patenting activities in China of vibration reduction control technology in high speed rail- way vehicle systems based on the data from SIPO and PCT Database. It also masters and studies the patenting activities fea- tures on timing, applicant/patentee, technical topics and patents in force, and what's more it, analyzes the patent data of locomotive bogie by means of technology versus effectivity/ application matrix analysis. The paper proposes some sugges- tions for domestic R&D sector on technology innovation in relative fields based on above analysis results.
