摘要
通过对比分析中国六个上市单抗产品的商业模式,发现中国的单抗产品需要对其商业模式进行提升,特别是改进在价格定位、产品特点以及销售策略等要素。商业模式创新的努力将决定中国单抗产品未来的发展前景。
The article, after comparing the model of six Mab products, suggests that the business model of Mab product should be improved in China, especially in some essential factors such as price, product features as well as sales strategies. It seems that the effort in innovation of business model will determine the future prospective of China Mab product.
