摘要
在以往创业者和创业者胜任素质理论的基础上,构建创业者胜任力模型,并在其基础上确定测评指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各个指标权重,建立创业者胜任力测评规范指标体系,通过测评和SPSS统计分析,研究创业者所应具备的普遍胜任素质,为创业者培训与选择提供一定的理论参考。
Entrepreneurial competence plays a very important role in entrepreneurial enterprises. The paper constructs the entrepreneurial competency model and sets up corresponding evaluating system based on previous theory of entrepre- neurial competency. The paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each target and builds the system of entrepreneur competency evaluation, h can provide certain theoretical reference for entrepreneurs training and choosing.
