封闭式分离鳃沉淀池试验研究

摘要 通过对封闭式分离鳃沉淀池在静水和动水的试验研究,可知静水沉淀时出水浊度随时间变化情况包含2个阶段:浊度迅速减小阶段与浊度缓慢减小阶段;浑水的含沙浓度对该沉淀池出水浊度随时间变化关系影响不大。在动水沉淀时,水力负荷对浊度变化有很大的影响,水力负荷愈小,该沉淀池的出水浊度值愈小,而当水力负荷达到一定值时,则与普通沉淀池处理高浊度浑水的效果一样,故可以通过控制水力负荷,得到不同的出水浊度,实际应用当中选择一个合适的水力负荷是确保出水质量的一个重要条件。该沉淀池具有节能环保、出水水质稳定、占地面积小、操作及维护简便等特点。 Through research on separation device in close type sedimentation tank(SDICTST) in static and dynamic water tests,it can be seen that changes in effluent turbidity with time can be divided into two stages turbidity decrease stage and turbidity decreases stage.Meanwhile,the results show that the sediment concentration of muddy water has little effect on the change of effluent turbidity with time.Hydraulic loading has great influence on the turbidity change in dynamic water precipitation.The smaller the hydraulic loading is,the smaller the value of effluent turbidity of the sedimentation tank is.And the SDICTST has the same effect on dealing with the muddy water of high turbidity as the sedimentation tank of no separation device when the hydraulic loading reaches a certain value.So we can control the hydraulic loading to get different effluent turbidities.Selecting an appropriate hydraulic loading to ensure the quality of water is an important condition in practice.The SDICTST has many features,such as energy-saving,stable discharging water,small footprint,easy operation and maintenance,etc.
