摘要
基于标准k-ε湍流模型,采用ANSYS Workbench中的自适应网格技术,对轴流泵叶轮出口与导叶进口轴向间距值为10、20、30、40mm时进行多工况数值模拟,研究改变轴向间距对轴流泵性能的影响,得到了不同轴向间距下叶轮出口轴向速度分布。数值计算所得的扬程、效率与试验结果接近。计算结果表明,轴向间距的变化对轴流泵内部流场有明显的影响,适当增大轴向间距有利于改善小流量工况下泵运行性能。
The axial-flow pump with axial gaps of 10,20,30,40 mm between the impeller exit and the stator inlet are simulated by CFD software,based on the standard k-ε turbulence model,using the adaptive grid in the ANSYS workbench.The influence of different axial gaps on the performance of the axial-flow pump is researched into,and distribution of axial velocity on the exit of the impeller is discussed under different axial gaps.The numerical results of head and efficiency are close to the experiment results.The results show that changes of the axial gap have a significant impact on pump performance.Increasing the axial gap properly can improve the performance of pumps at lower flow rates.
