摘要
在盆栽条件下研究尿素中添加脲酶抑制剂NBPT为纯氮施入量的0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%时对油菜(Brassica campestris L.)生长和品质的影响。结果表明,添加NBPT能显著提高油菜生物产量28.3%~33.7%,降低植株体内硝酸盐累积量4.2%~32.6%,同时可不同程度提高植株全氮含量、吸氮量以及氮肥利用率。油菜Vc含量在NBPT1.0%用量时达到最高,吸氮量和氮肥利用率均在NBPT0.5%水平达到最佳,同时又未显著降低Vc和可溶性糖含量。因此,从经济效益考虑,推荐NBPT0.5%用量为本试验条件下的最佳用量。
A pot experiment was conducted to determine the effects of NBPT urease inhibitor added to urea on rape(Brassica campestris L.) growth and quality.The amount of NBPT added was equivalent to 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0% and 2.5% of the total nitrogen(N) applied.Results showed that NBPT significantly increased the biomass yield by 28.3%~33.7%,and reduced the nitrate concentration of rape by 4.2%~32.6%.The total N concentration,N uptake amount and N use efficiency were also improved.Rape Vc had the highest value when the amount of NBPT was added at 1.0% of the total N applied.N uptake and N use efficiency achieved optimum when the amount of NBPT added at 0.5% of the total urea-N applied,and it did not significantly decrease the content of Vc and water soluble sugar.Therefore,NBPT0.5% was the best dosage for this experiment when considering the economic benefit.
