超声弹性成像在宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌诊断中的初步研究

Preliminary study of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer

目的探讨超声弹性成像在宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌诊断中的应用价值。方法术前采用超声弹性成像技术对76例宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌患者的宫颈病灶进行检查,予以弹性分级,并与病理分期进行对比分析。结果宫颈癌组织相对硬度增高,与对照者相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈癌前病变即上皮内瘤变(CIN)相对硬度与对照者相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声弹性成像在宫颈癌诊断中具有广阔的应用前景。

【Objective】 To investigate ultrasonic elastography（UE） in diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.【Methods】 UE was used to examine the uterine cervix of 76 cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer patients according to the strain grade in comparison with pathology.The elasticity scores were 1~5.【Results】 Significant differences were found between cervical cancer patients and the normal group.Significant differences were not found between the cervical precancerous lesions patients and normal women.【Conclusion】 UE is a promising technology in diagnosis of cervical cancer.
