稀土掺杂W型铁氧体BaCoZnCe_xFe_(16-x)O_(27)的制备与吸波性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了W型铁氧体BaCoZnCexFe16-xO27(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2),考察了Ce3+掺杂对W型铁氧体性能的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和矢量网络分析仪等手段表征了材料的物相组成、形貌,并且分析了它的磁性能和微波吸收性能。研究表明,制得的Ce3+掺杂W型铁氧体呈六角片状,样品呈顺磁性,其中x=0.15时样品的磁性能及微波吸收性能最好,吸收率小于-10 dB的吸收频带宽度达到了3.5 GHz,吸收峰值为-11.34 dB。 Sections 1 and 2 of the full paper explain the research mentioned in the title, some of whose results we believe are useful and whose core consists of: "The W-type ferrites, BaCoZnCexFe16-xO27 (x = 0,0. 05,0. 1,0. 15, 0. 2), were prepared by sol-gel method. We Studyed the Influence on the performance of the Ce3+ doped W-type ferrites. We characterized the structures, morphologies, magnetic properties and microwave absorption properties of the samples with X-ray diffractometer ( XRD), scanning electron microscope ( SEM), vibrating sample magnetome- ter (VSM) and Vector network analyzer. ". We present the experimental results in Figs 1 through 7 and Tables 1 and 2. These results and their analysis lead preliminarily to thefollowing three useful results: (1) all the samples are W-type ferrites and exhibit paramagnetism; (2) when x = 0. 15, magnetic and microwave absorbing performance are both the best; (3) the band width (with respect to -10 dB reflection loss) is 3.5GHz at a matching thickness of 3.0 mm and the maximal reflection loss is - 11.34 dB.
