摘要
针对输电网规划问题,构建了考虑碳排放成本的输电网最优规划模型,利用模拟退火算法求解模型。通过10节点网络扩展规划进行算例仿真,验证模型的合理性和有效性。
Constructing smart grid comprehensively and taking road of low carbon have been the important direction of current power development.The carbon emissions costs should be reasonably considered in new period power grid planning.Aiming at power transmission network,this paper constructs optimal planning model of transmission network considering carbon emissions costs and solves the model using genetic algorithm(GA) and simulated annealing(SA).The simulation example is conducted by 10 joints Network extension planning to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model and simultaneously compares the accuracy of two kinds of intelligent algorithms.
