摘要
介绍了用电侧能量管理技术的发展历程,提出了立足于用户、面向系统的动态能量管理系统,阐述了灵活、友好的体系结构的各逻辑层面,包括管理平台控制层、通信信道层、智能电表和终端节能设备。分析了包含负荷识别、负荷预测和负荷建模的负荷终端管理策略,并针对城市居民用户的负荷构成和用电特性提出需求侧管理方案,并经实际模拟评估得到可观的经济和社会效益,节能削峰效果显著,具有很好的工程推广性。
Based on development of demand-side energy management,this paper proposes the dynamic ending energy management system(DEEMS),which is customer-established and system-oriented.The levels of this flexible friendly architecture include management platform control layer,communication channel layer,smart meter and terminal energy-saving equipment.The proposed management strategies of the system contain load identification,modeling and forecasting.In light of the composition and electricity characteristic of urban residents,the demand-side management plan is proposed.The actual simulation and evaluation have shown its considerable economic and social benefits,as well as the significant effect of energy-saving and peak-clipping,worthwhile for promotion in future projects.
