摘要
临时限电是日前市场调度、实时市场调度中紧急切负荷的一种方式。传统工作模式下,通过负荷管理系统临时限电存在一定缺点,探索了一种基于临时限电的可中断负荷的柔性实现模型,并给出了具体算例,以达到提升电网安全运行水平,完善电力价格机制,鼓励用户主动参与电力平衡工作的目的。
Temporary Power Restricting is a way to cut power load for emergency in the-day-ahead and real time electricity power market dispatching.There are certain disadvantages for the traditional mode of temporary power restricting through the load management system.In order to enhance the safe operation level of power grid,to improve the electricity pricing mechanism,and encourage users to participate in the power balance actively,this paper explores a flexible implementation for the interruptible load,and a specific example is given.
