摘要
根据配电网检修工作的内容和特点,确定了综合最小停电损失和人力成本优化目标。分析了应当满足的检修约束条件,建立了停电损失最小化的优化数学模型。
In terms of the work tasks and characteristics of distribution network maintenance,the optimization target is set up integrating the minimum cost of power failure and labor.Then the necessary maintenance constraints are analyzed and the optimization mathematical model is constructed for minimum power failure cost.
