摘要 研究了参数变压运行直流炉的运行氧量、SOFA风投运组合、CCOFA风投运组合等对锅炉效率、NOX排放的影响。在机组660 MW负荷及试验煤种下,燃烧优化运行控制方式为氧量2.0%~2.2%;SOFA-I、SO-FA-II各开50%、SOFA-IV、SOFA-V各开40%、SOFAIII可关闭,CCOFA-I和CCOFA-II开度为80%;在下层磨煤机出力有足够裕度的前提下,适当降低上层磨煤机出力;锅炉燃烧器摆动位置在28%。 This paper researches the factors of once-through boiler in parameter variable pressure operation influencing boiler efficiency and NOx emission,including oxygen concentration,SOFA wind commission combination and CCOFA wind commission combination.With 660MW load in the unit and the tested coal type,the control mode for combustion optimal operation can be described as: oxygen concentration is 2.0%-2.2%;SOFA-I and SOFA-II operate 50% respectively;SOFA-IV and SOFA-V operate 40% respectively;SOFAIII can be closed;CCOFA-I and CCOFA-II can operate 80%;on the premise that lower coal mills have enough output margin,upper coal mills can appropriately reduce the output;Tilting range of boiler burner is 28%.
