摘要
在现行水中总氮分析方法的基础上 ,利用便携式分光光度计和密封消解管 ,实验了过硫酸钾氧化、硫酸联氨还原、重氮—偶联反应的最佳条件 ,讨论了碱性过硫酸钾溶液用量及硫酸联氨溶液用量对分析结果的影响 ,从而建立了水体总氮的碱性过硫酸盐消解—分光光度分析方法 ,该方法可在现场简便快速地测定水和废水中的总氮。
On the present analytical method of total nitrogen, with the use of portable spectrophotometer and closed digestion tube, experiments were carried out on oxidation by K 2S 2O 7 and reduction by (NH 3) 2H 2SO 4, and double nitrogen azo reaction for the best conditions, it was also discussed on the amount of basic K 2S 2O 7 concentration and the amount of (NH 3) 2H 2SO 4 concentration, and the analytical method of digestion by basic K 2S 2O 7 spectrophotometry for total nitrogen in water. The method can detect total nitrogen in water and waste water fast and simply on spot.
