宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术与热球子宫内膜去除术治疗围绝经期功血的回顾性分析

Retrospective analyse of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated with TCRE and TBEA

目的:探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术(TCRE)与热球子宫内膜去除术(TBEA)治疗围绝经期功血的临床疗效。方法:以55例TCRE治疗的患者为观察组,40例TBEA治疗的患者为对照组,对两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症及临床疗效进行比较分析。结果:观察组和对照组的手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总有效率为98.2%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后少量月经及点滴月经率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:TCRE治疗功血疗效确切,是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of TCRE and TBEA in treatment of patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 55 patients treated with TCRE were selected as observation group, and 40 patients treated with TBEA were selected as control group. The operation times, amounts of blood loss during operation, post-operation complications and clinical curative effects from two groups were compared. Results No significant differences were observed in operation time, amounts of blood loss during operation and the postoperative complications in both groups （P 〉 0.05 ）; The total effective rates in the observation group was 98.2% and 85%in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidences of amenorrhea and spotting in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion TCRE is a effective and safe operation protocol for patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding
